Customer Service Officer
Requirement:
-
Work at Kwai Chung, 5.5 days/week (Saturday shifts)
-
Good writing skills in English/Chinese and proficient spoken English/Mandarin
-
2 - 4 years relevant experience in call center or customer servicing field
-
Good level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
-
Customer-oriented with excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
-
Mature, self-motivated and a good team player
-
Immediate available is preferable
Responsibilities:
-
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and claims issues through email and on phone
-
Provide instant reply to customers’ feedback received from website and Facebook Page
-
Perform data entry, reporting and filing
-
Handle other ad-hoc projects
Sales Executive / Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:
-
Promoting resident and business water heating solutions
-
Enhance existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities
-
Achieve personal sales target and team target
-
Following company rules and adept to organization culture

Reporting to Sales Manager
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years solid sales experience with proven sales track record

Sound product knowledge in water heater sales experiences is preferred
-
Good communication skills, result-driven, diligent and resilient
-
Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales target

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
